RadioActive Live was on air for a year on 106.9FM WHCR from 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2008. Live shows went out every Tuesday and Thursday between 6pm-8pm. All the shows were presented by young people and featured a range of exciting programming.

TUESDAY TEATIME TAKEOVER

This was live from the RadioActive Studio every Tuesday 6pm - 8pm. There were a host of regular presenters throughout the year, including Billie & Pippa, Lewis, Rich, Lizzie & Sian, Adam & Michael, and Richard & Jack. Special guest presenters also popped into the studio along the way.

There were regular sports updates and entertainment features.

Listeners got to hear the latest healthy eating tips as James shared a new fantastic recipe every week.

LIVE, LOCAL AND LOUD

Every Thursday night 6pm - 8pm listeners could tune in and hear the best music and get the latest health messages. Regular presenters made the slot their own over the year, which included Robbie, Paul & Jess, Jordon, James, Becky & David and Griff & Andy… and also other special guest presenters.

Listeners were able to step up their health and listen to some fantastic advice on how to improve their lifestyle.

You would have heard all your favourite music and being able to find out what's hot with new music and the local scene.
